[Access by train]
1. Approximately 15 minutes on foot from the North exit of Odakyu Hon-Atsugistation.
2. After getting exiting from the North Exit at Odakyu Hon-Atsugi station, takethe Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu bus from the #1 stop. Get off at “Shiritsu Byoin-mae”and then walk for two minutes.

Approximately ten minutes from the Atsugi Interchange of the Tomei Expressway(approximately 3 km from the interchange).

 

 

Outpatients

Reception times may change or the office may close for certain reasons.
Front gate opens at 7:00 AM.
New patients are requested to apply at the “Reception desk for firstvisit” in the outpatient hall.
Returning patients are requested to apply at the “Automatic receptionmachine” installed in the outpatient hall.
Patients to be examined by two or more hospital sectors must present themselvesat the reception by 11:00 AM.
You must carry your health insurance card with you on your first visit. Returningpatients are also requested to bring their health insurance card with them topresent for confirmation at the reception on their first visit every month.

Acceptance of emergency patients

 

Atsugi Municipal Hospital accepts emergency patients from other medical institutions

or those brought to the hospital by ambulance. The hospital accepts other emergency

patients in addition to these.

 

Emergency patients requiring first-aid treatment at Atsugi Municipal Hospital

should note the following:

 

(1) Because, on holidays and during the night, Atsugi MunicipalHospital tends to become overloaded with first-aid patients coming from othermedical institutions and those being brought in by ambulance, such patients maybe advised to go to the Atsugi Holiday and Night Clinic or one of the Rotation-BasedHospitals if it is within their office hours.

(2) When first-aid treatment is to be obtained at Atsugi Municipal Hospital, pleasecontact the hospital by phone at (047) 221-1570 in advance.If the patient has a registration card for Atsugi Municipal Hospital or that ofthe Prefectural Atsugi Hospital, the contents of the registration card must beconfirmed to prepare the medical record.
(3) When bringing an emergency patient to Atsugi Municipal Hospital, use the “Emergencies”entrance on the south side of the hospital. If at all possible, bring the “healthinsurance card” of the patient (if the patient has a registration card forAtsugi Municipal Hospital or the Prefectural Atsugi Hospital, also try to bringthe card with the patient).
(4) Very rarely, the acceptance of first-aid patients may be halted temporarilydue to the hospital’s having to deal with severely injured persons, hospital construction,power outages, or other unavoidable reasons.
